9 If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved. 11As the Scriptures tell us, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disgraced.” (Romans 10:9-11)
What a powerful statement that is. All you have to do is confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, and you will be saved. Eternal life will be yours! It really is that simple though many people struggle with the thought of its simplicity. All you need to do is believe in Christ Jesus and follow him. Ask him for his forgiveness and repent from your sins. Turn away from your wicked lifestyles and walk the path of righteousness. Jesus Christ will change your life if you do. He will make you a brand new person.
Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice. He gave his life so that you and I can have life. So many people in the world take this free gift for granted. The most important decision anyone can make in their entire life is to believe in Jesus and follow him. Matthew 6:33 states to first seek the kingdom of God and his righteousness and everything else will be given unto you. What is everything else? Salvation of your soul, eternal life, the fruits of the spirit which is love, joy, peace, and patience.
You will be amazed at how much change Jesus Christ can bring into your life. The feeling that you will feel. Feelings that you have never felt before. A security that you have never experienced before.
Please say this prayer with me and become a Warrior 4 Christ.
Dear Lord Jesus, please save me. Forgive me for all my sins and come into my heart. I believe that you are the son of God and that you died on the cross for me. Wash away all my sins and live in me as I will live in you. In Jesus name, Amen.
Congratulations! You are now forever apart of the family. See theres nothing to it. As long as you are sincere in what you prayed you are now a new creation in Christ!
17 This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!18And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to him. 19For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. 20So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!” 21For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ. (2 Corinthians 5:17-21)
All of your sins have now been forgiven. Can you feel it? Can you feel the freedom? Like a ton of weight has been lifted off of your shoulders? Do not doubt! All of your sins really have been forgiven when you accept the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior. I know that is hard for many of you to grasp but it is the truth. You have now chosen the narrow road that leads to heaven and have left the road that was traveling to hell.
13 “You can enter God’s Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose that way. 14But the gateway to life is very narrow and the road is difficult, and only a few ever find it.(Matthew 7:13-14)
This is the most important moment of your life! Take a few moment to ponder over what you just did. You now live with a purpose. You will live forever with the King of King and Lord of Lords. He is now preparing a place for you in heaven and I don’t mean a studio apartment. He is preparing a mansion for you in anticipation of your arrival. Thats right a mansion! Jesus said:
2In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (John 14:2-3)
